Defended Actions

The procedure in many defended actions is fairly standard and a lot of it can be outsourced at an early stage. Consider this table in a matter where your client has been injured in a motor vehicle accident. You take the initial instruction and your Secretary sends your notes to us. You tell her to send us the Appearance and other pleadings she receives. The procedure required is set out in the left column. You could outsource everything in the middle column leaving you with the critical stages in the right hand column
