Collections

Do a client's collections well and you can be sure to get his other work. Collections is a process that has been effectively automated and there a number of very good collection programmes that are available on the market. Unfortunately they can be expensive and the expense can only be warranted if you have the necessary volume to make the sums work. We can draw all your documents for you and send them back to you by e-mail or other means

Procedure

  • You send us your notes of your consultation giving the names of the parties, addresses, amount of claim, particulars of claim and any other necessary details
  • We will draft the summons and send it back to you by e-mail or other means
  • You advise us when it was served and give us the case number. We will draft the request for default judgment and all further processes as necessary
  • In defended actions we can draw all pleadings and take the matter to the point of trial.

Costs

Half the fee on the prescribed party and party tariff. Drafting Particulars of Claim as an annexure will be 7.5 cents per word as counted by the programme.
